To Customer Service Department:
Regarding: Refund for Confirmation #
We request that a full refund of $598.00 be given for vacation confirmation # This was charged to our American Express on March , 2004.
After investigating some of the comments made about the Soho Vacation company we have decided that not all the information given to us by Soho has been truthful. After assuring us that they are a member of the BBB, we find that you are not. Your company also has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB.
It is also been known that accommodations and travel arrangements are substandard once the client has reached their travel destination.
Per your written guarantee on your website, you guarantee you send an email verification confirming our purchase of the vacation. We never received this, and have heard this is common practice with your company. We were told five days after our purchase on March , 2004, when we contacted your company for a refund, we could have cancelled this promotion within 72 hours, but without receiving this email confirmation, we were forfeited that option.
Florida law entitles anyone who has bought a holiday entitlement from you or any other firm to a refund if it is requested in writing within 30 days. We are now requesting this refund. Please send us notification that this request was received and when we can expect our credit card to be credited the $598.00 charge.
We have also contacted our credit card company, American Express, and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services outlining our request for this refund.
